31 Oct 2022 Tigray (Ethiopia) AP. Witnesses in Tigray region say armed forces from neighboring Eritrea are killing some civilians and looting as they and allied Ethiopian forces head for the regional capital Mekele;

26 Oct 2022 Dar es Salaam (Tanzania) Bloomberg. Study by Standard Bank Group finds a Tanzanian liquefied natural gas project planned by companies including Norway-headquartered Equinor and United Kingdom-headquartered Shell will add at least $7 billion a year to the nation’s GDP.
